At Thousand Shadows, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help! 💬

🔄 Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed 👕

  • In original packaging 📦

  • Tags still attached 🏷️

• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable ❌

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email 📧.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days 💳

• Shipping fees are non-refundable 🚚

🔁 Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? Reach out to us, and we’ll help you with an exchange if available 🔄✨
